Updated Rite Aid Scenarios

Apparently many shoppers are finding Rite Aid has the L’Oreal nail polish for the rebates this week on clearance for $1.24 rather than the advertised price of $2.99. (Only couponers would be upset that the price was lower on an item).

Now you can simply buy the nail polish using THIS $1 off coupon and make a $1 profit off each one after rebate. (Thanks to Amy I have confirmation that you will get $1.24 back in rebates on the clearance polish.) There is a limit of 4 per household so buy 4 at $1.24 and pay a total of .96 plus tax after coupons, then you will get $4.96 back in rebates for a $4 profit! This is a great way to get started using coupons! Especially since you can print two coupons for each survey you complete.
OR Shannon at For the Mommas cooked up a slightly more complicated scenario that will still give you overage HERE.

For a refresher on all the deals at Rite Aid this week click HERE. I could paint our house with all the free polish I have, but if you have little girls this would be a fun item for slumber parties.

My rebates cleared this morning and they are giving back the clearance price for each polish. So, I paid $1.24 each one and got $1.24 back for each one. Still a money maker, just not quite as much as we were expecting. ๐Ÿ™‚

I ended up just buying 11 nail polishes. So I paid $2.64 for them all and already got $4.96 for the four I bought Sunday, and should get $5 for yesterday's receipt. It's a $7.32 moneymaker.

The link to the coupons isn't working for me
