I have been jealous of Kroger shoppers for awhile now as they get to use the great cellfire coupons. According to Tara, Tom Thumb and Randall’s have been added to the program! Since those stores are part of the Safeway family I will be keeping an eye on this to see if they expand to Safeway.
These coupons can be loaded onto your club card and can be stacked with manufacturer coupons and store coupons!
