Safeway: How I rolled my LW catalinas

This is not too exciting of a transaction but I wanted to point out 2 things.

First I wanted to use my catalinas from Pillsbury and the Living Well promo. Since we have a baby coming any day now I did not want to take the chance of having them expire.

It is important to keep track of your catalinas as they typically expire 2-4 weeks after you get them and once they are expired you just lost money.

Here is what I bought:

Quaker Rice Cakes $1- used .50/1 coupon

Keebler Cookies $1- used .55/1 IP

Pretzels $1

Mangos 3/$1

Stamps- $8.40- Don’t forget the price increase!

Rosemary plant $1.99- used $1/1 O Organics coupon

I used the $10 catalina and the $3 catalina and paid 3.59 cash.

Another note, the sale on Quaker Rice Cakes ends Tuesday. I just traded on AFC for $1/1 coupons that will make these free. Since I won’t have the coupons in time for the sale, I was able to get a raincheck for the rice cakes and I can still get them free after the sale ends.
