Well I am looking forward to getting back into the stores next month. We spent most of our $140 budget early this month in preparation for the new baby’s arrival and I have barely set foot in a store for a few weeks.
This is the last of the eating out of the pantry edition and I have to say we still have a ton of stuff! I thought we would have empty shelves but the stockpile somehow multiplies when I am not looking.
MONDAY: BBQ Cheddar Wraps (using BBQ chicken, cheddar cheese, and whatever veggies I throw in)
TUESDAY: Lasagna (My husband’s specialty)
WEDNESDAY: Philly Cheesesteak Burger with Caesar Salad
THURSDAY: Orzo pasta with dill, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives and an olive oil/lemon dressing
FRIDAY: Chef’s Salad- I make this to use up random produce in the fridge, usually add turkey, ham, cheddar cheese and boiled eggs.
SATURDAY: French Toast with Bananas and Brown Sugar I will serve this with sausage or bacon
SUNDAY: Cheddar and Black Bean Quesadillas served with frozen corn

Sounds delish! I love the idea of adding bananas to french toast, I’ll have to try that next time. We are having banana strawberry pancakes this week, but maybe next week I’ll pencil in some french toast ๐
