I spent a good portion of my monthly budget stocking up on staples and diapers (lots of diapers) for after the baby is born (any day now baby!) So for the rest of the month the plan is to eat from the pantry and keep things simple and quick.
Here goes:
MONDAY: Bacon and Spinach Salad with Crescent Parmesan Rolls
TUESDAY: Tacos
WEDNESDAY: Artichoke Pizza
THURSDAY: Grilled Burgers and Tomato Kebabs
FRIDAY: Chicken Marinara w/ Green Salad
SATURDAY: Steak Sandwiches w/ Salad
SUNDAY: Crispy French Toast w/ Applesauce and Sausage
(Crispy because the french toast is coated in corn flakes)
