Our little girl is officially one week old and we are still not into a good routine yet. We are eating super simple stuff, out of the pantry and using the oven the least amount possible since it is 102 degrees here!
monday: beef taco skillet (I just spotted this recipe in Parade and it looks like a great way to use up some Chicken Tortilla soup)
tuesday: watermelon and feta salad with crescent rolls
wednesday: salsa chicken with caesar salad (I just put frozen chicken in the crockpot w/ salsa)
thursday: sun dried tomato pasta
friday: grilled bacon burgers w/ leftover watermelon
saturday: mushroom and mozzarella quesadillas
sunday: breakfast for dinner- veggie frittata w/ sausage and toast
