The preorder is available from Amazon for Frozen! Yeah!
We saw this in theaters and it is really a remarkable movie. My girls LOVED it and I think this one will be right up there with Tangled on pretty constant rotation in our house. (Ahem we saw it like 3 times actually).
You can preorder from Amazon right now for $22- that is the Bluray Combo Pack. The DVD is $20.
The way the preorders work is that they ship once the title is officially released- so you will likely get it on release date. If the price drops at any point from now until release on Amazon, they automatically give you the best price.
Should you find a better deal before the movie is released, you can just cancel your preorder!
So a win win really.

In the past I have found it to be nice to preorder. If you read my blog I will for sure have all the deals, coupons and rebates listed several days before release. If there are coupons or bonus offers and such then you can just cancel. If you don’t see anything that floats your boat just keep the shipment coming :).
I am thinking this will be like Tangled. When Tangled came out several stores ran out of the movie– like Target– on the day of release. It is always hard to predict if we will see coupons or not. Usually Disney movies do have coupons but the popularity of this one makes me think they might just try to get you at full price. Target might come through with some little free doll with purchase or a Cartwheel coupon… Sometimes those Cartwheels are only 5% or 10% and not worth driving to the store for. Toys R Us has really stepped up and seems to be offering the lowest prices on Disney movies but we won’t know for sure what their price is until probably Sunday morning and this movie will be released on a Tuesday.
So that is my thought- probably not much help.
For me personally, I am very lucky to be considered media so I usually get a media copy of the cartoons when they are released. It is a huge perk I know and I don’t always get a copy of all of them. This one I have my fingers crossed for :).
