Zulily is offering several options for Costco membership today with some nice extras. The prices are the same but the benefit is the additional coupons.
The membership is $55 but you will receive more than $50 worth of coupon savings that include:
- a free rotisserie chicken
- a free pack of batteries
- a free case of Kirkland Signature™ water
- and more
Or if you are already a member, you might consider upgrading to the Executive Membership. That is an extra $55 (so $110 total) and you also get the same $50 worth of coupons above. I have the executive membership and if you think you will shop frequently it might be worth it. My refund check this year was $85 and this was the first year we upgraded from a standard membership.
Executive Members earn an annual 2% Reward (up to $750) on qualified Costco purchases. They also receive additional benefits and greater discounts on many Costco services including travel. So several nice little extras. If you think you might spend $2500 or more per year ($208 per month) it is probably worth it to get the Executive because you will get that 2% back at the end of the year.
We get my daughter’s glasses at my contacts at Costco and I used our reward to pay for an extra set of glasses for her this year.
