In the Target mobile coupons that expire 8/31, there is a coupon for $1 off any 6 pk or larger paper towel, any brand. This coupon actually worked for me when I bought 2 rolls of the Up & Up paper towels that are $.49. I had the cashier scan the mobile coupons because of the frozen food coupon that is in the same offer but realized what happened while double checking my receipt.
