I posted this recipe before Thanksgiving but I wanted to mention it again for those that are in a baking frenzy right now.
These Cranberry Bliss bars are very easy to make and they make a lovely gift. I like to take these around to the neighbors or as hostess gifts and the red and white looks so festive for Christmas.

I make these without the frosting and just with a drizzle of white chocolate on top and they are always well received!
