They just changed the coupon policy actually. The big change was a limit of 4 like coupons.

Your transaction should be fine but the Target coupons do say one per person. So to strictly follow the coupon policy, I would tell you that you need to do 2 transactions. I personally do not Extreme Coupon and I buy 1-3 of the same item pretty frequently and I really never have any issues using multiple coupons at my store. They added that clause because people were buying 250 travel size liners and such so to end this very long winded response you will probably be fine but maybe not ;D.
