The Sundown Vitamine ad reads “Submit for $4.00 mail-in rebate” But it does not tell where you find the mail-in rebate form.

Annye, I heard from a few people so far. I believe these are ringing up at $5.75 each instead of one at $0. So the best thing would be to buy 4 and use (2) of the coupons. It is tricky though because the cashier needs to enter $9.99 as the value not $5.74…
