I am wondering if this is a good time to use the Cover Girl coupons, or should I wait for cover girl to go on sale like it always does..Im just wondering which way would get more product for the money. Im thinking its gonna come out the same. What are your thoughts?

Is anyone else suddenly having problems using the Walgreens monthly coupon book coupons stacked with manufacturer coupons? It’s happened to me at 2 stores over the past 2 weeks. One cashier pushed them through, the other said that they called corp and that the coupon book coupons say not valid with any other offer on them so the system won’t take them together anymore. ??

I’m thinking that’s what happened to me last week when I tried to buy the Mentos gum. I tried three different stores. They told me I couldn’t use the coupon book coupon with one of the store ad coupon.

Oh, that must be what happened to me last week because it was with the Mentos gum. That makes more sense, not taking 2 store coupons together. This week it was the store coupons and the manu coupons that gave me trouble, but hopefully it was just a problem with the scanner. Thanks!

The mentos gum beeped for me but I always go 2 my 24 hour store at midnight and my RRs never print so they just modify my prices and take my total down, they pushed the mentos through, also I have been using 2 MFR coupons $1 off out of the WAGS beauty coupon book with the $2/2 Softsoap products in the Oct. IVS and get two of them for $1 each and they beep too but they always push them through for me :) At the other store in my town that is not 24 hours I get soo much trouble I have had to call corperate numerous times for them refusing to lower the value of my coupons

Make sure they scan your manufacturer coupons before they scan the store coupons from that Oct booklet. For some reason the register won’t work the other way around. I have had mixed experiences at with managers. Some are happy to help and others seem like they are mad that I’m couponing, which is dumb.
