School Supply Deals:

Kid’s Scissors $.99

Composition Book $.69 with in ad coupon (limit 3)

Filler Paper $.50 with in ad coupon (limit 4)
Penway 2pocket folder $.13 with in ad coupon (limit 16)

*Any other great deals you can see? It looks like we are having issues with the printable list function working in some browsers- I am working on getting it fixed!

Cottonelle TP works out to be $2.75 each after coupon & RR. Use (2) .50 Cents coupon should bring it down to $9.00.

For those in need of a Coupon Binder, I spotted Mead zippered binders in nylon fabric clearanced to $3.24. Durable & thick, in black or a hot pink color. Included a built-in calculator, plus outer pockets to stash all your accessories (ideas=store cards, small scissors, ECBs, RRs, +Ups)…check your clearance shelves for these red-tagged Meads.

Charlene, have you seen today’s Sac Bee? Article on couponers on the front page – about how America has gone coupon mad.

Hi thanks for the tips on the great deals! I have a question about the Cotonelle deal, a friend mentioned that they’re spitting out Catalinas at Walgreens (and Ralphs by us) for $3.75 when you buy 2- 12 rolls, so I went yesterday and found them at $5 each, bought two and used two $0.50 cent coupons, paid $9 and applied a $5 RR I had from previous purchase, so paid $4 Oop, but it didn’t give me Catalina! (Or a RR$3.50 for that transaction- maybe it didn’t start yet?)So I mentioned the Catalina to Manager who said the Cottonelle wasn’t included in Catalina deal, and never mentioned the RR, which I just found out about thanks to your post- bummer. Anyways, I know I got a decent price using my $5RR, but thought about taking them back and rebuying when the $3.50 RR kicks in… My question is: if I did return them, was wondering does WAG’s give back the $5 RR applied towards that purchase or is it a loss to me?

Nat, before you do any of that I have 2 questions. What was the $5 RR from is the first. The second is that the easiest way to resolve issues is to call catalina directly.

    http://info.catalinamarketing.com/contact

They need all the info off your receipt and if you did buy the right items they can mail you the RR. If there was some issue and the RR is not available for what you bought, you can return it but you lose the value of the RR 🙁 You can always try and see what happens but that is what the coupon policy says:

    Thanks Charlene,

I have the reciept and all the info, so I’ll give them a call, guess it doesn’t hurt. The $5 RR I had was from the purchase of a Gillette pro fusion razor I bought, (the price was $9.99, used a coupon and gave me $5RR). Anyway, I had it with me and decided to use it…I had a feeling they wouldn’t give back RR’s with returns, just thought Id double check, its no big deal, I’ll keep the items since I need it and really only ended up getting the 2 -12 pack rolls for $2 each, just was curious since it didnt work for me…thanks again!!

This is the best price I’ve seen on Cottonelle … it’s my favorite brand, so I’m sure I’ll be running through Walgreens a couple of times this week. 😉

Lisa, I am pretty sure this is a the basic single ply stuff. You can check it out but I don’t want you to be too disappointed.

I went to Walgreen’s and bought a few items I needed, including Playtex since I had some RR and a $1.50 coupon, at the end of the transaction I got the $1 RR and it also it spit out a $2.00/2 Playtex coupon, just an FYI.

I tried the cottonell deal at my local walgreens in Rockwall Tx and it didn’t print. i purchase two at $5.00 and no RR Of course the mgr said he would check the walgreens site and it didn’t show. He told me I can’t trust coupon sites. HELP! PLEASE!

  15. Charlene says

    07/12/2011 at 11:27 AM

Ok well first I would say there is no reason to get upset. The worst case here is that you return the merchandise for a refund you are out a few minutes of your time. I would say get your receipt and contact catalina marketing:

    http://info.catalinamarketing.com/contact

They can either explain what went wrong or they can mail you the Register Reward.

If you don’t want to do that just take the product back for a refund.

@ Charlene Thanks for the response. I apologize if I came across as upset. I am not. The manager did do the refund, I just thought I did something wrong because I am a rookie at couponing….

The Evenflo disposable nursing pads have a 0.50 cents MFG off coupon inside the box, so if you get this deal rolling you can use the Evenflo coupon off your next purchase and only pay 0.50 cents for the pads. I am currently nursing and this is a great deal for me!! (And please don’t be like the extremely rude couponer in my area who was ripping open the boxes and taking out the coupon though!!)
