So the deal isn’t as good. According to the new coupon policy you can’t stack a manufacturer coupon with a BOGO manufacturer coupon. You can see the coupon policy at the top of the post.

I tried to get the Schick Quattro for the same deal as the Hydro today but my Target didn’t have the same promotion. Also there is a great deal if you have the $5 off 2 Revlon tools. I bought 2 tweezers and 2 nail files for a total of .26 and 2 ($5 off Revlon tools) and 2($2 off Revlon tools) catalinas printed out.

I didn’t check the ad. Did it include the Quattro? The deal was available for the Hydro but I had coupons only for the Quattro. (I live in Sacramento and was surprised that the deal wasn’t the same as yours in Roseville.)

Laurie, I think you might be confused or maybe I am confused on the question. This offer is available to you. You can just check the ad for Sacramento and it is just as I posted. There is a chance your store may not have had signs up or maybe someone ripped them down.
