Hi Charlene-you website has been a great a great help to me. Thank you! Regarding Nob Hill/Raley’s, following your blog I have changed my account preferences (meat, seafood, etc) to try to get the various coupons listed but it hasn’t worked. What am I missing? Do you know how long it takes to be effective?

Lisa should be instant so you might not be saving it. I can flip through the preferences in about 5 minutes and see all the coupons. You just have to keep logging in and account and change the little bubble and then click save. Then refresh your screen and click coupons again.

Any suggestions on how to get multiple copies of the Honest Tea coupon to print from Recyclebank? I tried using the back button once it got to the screen after the view of the computer and the printer with the little moving dots connecting them, but then it asked me if I wanted to resend (said “yes”) and it wouldn’t allow me to print again…. 🙁 Should I hit the back button earlier? Or use a different browser?

I was trying to get the Fresh Express Coupon by changing to the fine produce preference but I still could not get it. I tried on two different browsers, too. This is precisely what I am going to do to find the coupon. I don’t know how else to help you if these steps don’t work because it should be really simple.
1. Go to Raleys.com
2. Click Your Account on the right side.
3. Click Update my account.
4. Enter email and password in the green box on the right,.
5. Click Fine Produce from the choices in the center of the screen.
6. Click E-Coupons in the top left
Look at the coupons- you should see Eggs, followed by Korbel, followed by Free Fresh Express Salad.
