Walgreens: Free Cortaid and $.49 Curad Bandaids

There are two more deals available in the midweek ad for Walgreens that is supposed to run 6/29-7/2.  Remember this one is tricky because some stores participate and some don’t.  You can see the midweek Walgreens deals here and the regular weekly Walgreens deals here.

Your best bet is to call and ask for a price check on any of the midweek items you are interested in.  That way you can determine if your store is honoring the ad. If you decide to roll the dice and just head on in, remember to get a price check if things aren’t marked on sale.  You might still get lucky.

If your store is included, here are two more deals:

Cortaid Cream- Buy One Get One Free $5.99/2
Use (2) $3/1 Cortaid coupons from 5/15 SS
Final Price: Free!
*Walgreens can be stinkers when the coupon value is over the cost of the products. The Walgreens coupon policy does say they are supposed to adjust the coupon down.

Curad Character Bandaids $.99
Use $.50/1 from 6/19 SS
Final Price: $.49

Thank goodness my Zumba class is in the same parking lot as Walgreens tonight! Let me tell you bandaids are a hot commodity around here and I really hope this includes the Curious George bandaids for my little George fan.  Thankfully our last box of band-aids was $.13 because it didn’t even survive 2 hours in our house.

(Yes that is Maya retiling the bathroom floor in Strawberry Shortcake about 20 minutes after I put those bandaids away…)

Thanks Passion for Savings!

I’m confused (nothing new there…)your post says’ “Curad” but the picture and coupon description shows, “Band-Aid” brand bandages. Which one is on sale?
    Thanks

I bought the Strawberry Shortcake Band-Aids for the little girl I nanny; the whole box was gone in two days, and all her babydolls were covered in band-aids.

I was glad to see the bandaid deal (evidently for the same reason as you). I believe my Grace and your Maya would get a long well 🙂

Sam, it is the Curad. The picture is for the Cortaid 🙂 Curad never goes on sale and they have the Elmo ones and George ones so I am extra excited 😉

Cute! When my daughter was little and I was exhausted I used to get out the bandaids and let her stick them on me while I rested. That was good for at least an hour of entertaining her. Of course I tried to buy the cheapest ones.

Totally agreed Dawn! I don’t like to confess because I will get yelled at for being wasteful and not environmentally friendly- but for an extra 20 minutes of peace I will take that over a bag of Cheetos or worse Mommy going nuts 😛

My 2 yr old daughter found my 4 yr old’s special cars band-aids and used them as stickers last week. Since then, she’s found Dora and gone thru that box too. She doesn’t understand that they’re for boo-boo’s;p.
