this is a total side note, I just got a Publix Recycle Bank coupon supposedly for North Miami but the coupon still worked even though I was not actually in North Miami, I am guessing it worked okay b/c it did not say the specific location. So I am not sure how that works for the publix coupons. But it helped me save about $12 🙂
