I just found the Rimmel basic mascara at Target for $2.24 – only .24 after coupon!
My Target is very difficult and tries to find ways to not accept coupons for various reasons. Last time, they stated that they won’t take any coupon that lists “available at” and lists another store because it’s considered a competitor. Should they accept it? What do you advise I do?
