Yeah! There are two fantastic offers from CVS this morning so you will want to grab your Extracare card.
First head over to CVS Beauty Club on Facebook and score your coupon for a free full size Essence of Beauty Antibacterial collection product. The coupon is emailed to you and I bet this purchase counts toward the $50 needed for the $5 ECB. If you are not familiar with the CVS Beauty Club you can read more here.
UPDATE: Be sure to check your email for a free mesh sponge when you buy any Essence of Beauty item! Hopefully you can use both coupons and get 2 items free!
And the second freebie requires a Twitter account. You can just head on over and request a coupon for a free drink or candy. Since I am still in pajamas right now (hey its only 8am here so no judging)- I decided not to run outside to the car to get my Extracare card just yet.
In the past though the coupon was for an item up to $2.00 in value and CVS actually credited the entire $2.00 toward your purchase regardless of the value of the item. Hopefully that works once again!

I also had a coupon for a free mesh sponge when a purchased any Essence of Beauty item in my inbox today. Thanks, CVS and Charlene for all the awesome deal update 🙂
Carrie I got it too! Yeah!
For the free drink/candy, does it load the coupon on your card for when you scan it at the coupon printer? I signed in with Twitter, but after that, it didn’t say anything different… not sure if there’s something I’m supposed to do?
Can you use the free $2 cvs coupon on the honest tea $3/3 deal?
Or can you just use it on one item?
AJ- it should work as buy 3 of whatever you want, use the coupon and it will take $1 off- so if I remember that one you pay $2.00 and get $1 ECB back. You may get stuck with a zealous cashier that will adjust the coupon to $1 though and then you pay $3 and get $1 ECB back. The last time I used that same coupon they scanned it and the entire $2 came off.
Jenna I have never seen a load to card coupon for CVS. You should have a coupon that gets printed out.
Just came back from CVS , we got mm’s bag (easter edition) at 1.97, so it was free with the candy coupon, and the antibacterial free as well, and there is full clearance cart of goodies with 75% off, one of the interesting items is the veet cream hair removal, when scanned it go to 2.74 there is a 2 off coupon at veet website… wich make it .74 final… =)
My store took both coupons and they were all out of the RS eggs and bubbles so the manager told me to substitute any easter candy and any bubbles, silly man should have realized I would get the better end of that deal. Got a 6 pack of bubbles and a bag of M&M’s, another bag for the free candy and the sanitizer and paid nothing 😀 heck I still got 2 young kids home and 8 grandkids so that will help fill baskets.
I know this is not relevant, but there is an app called CardStar (for iPhone) where you can store all the loyalty card numbers into it. It works just fine at CVS, Ralphs, Rite Aid, where they scan the barcode. I used to forget my keys all the time, and this one on the phone has helped me a lot 🙂
