I went to safeway and did it. It worked great. I even used my cat from the fruit snacks to pay for part of it. I had a few coupons loaded on my card already, so I was able to do 2 transactions. They also have the Gain fabric softener for 3.99 so I snagged a few of those with my $3 coupons. Thanks for the great deals.
I went to Vons, bought four, and it only gave me $2.00 back, The funny thing was, the catalina ad for this deal printed out, but it didn’t give me the right amount. I asked the associate at the customer service counter if he knew the phone number and he just gave me $2.00. So I am happy!!
FYI – the reach cat is at shoprite till 3/29… they have the “crystal” toothbrushes for 99 cents or 1.19 depending on store… I bought 4 for 4.76 – 4$ in coupons = $3.24 moneymaker 🙂
I ran to Safeway this mornign to grab my free reach Toothbrushes. To my suprise I made $4 of f them becasue I had loaded the $2 off any 2 pack of reach double packs. So make sure to check the U coupons before going.
I got a cat at Walgreens today about this deal too!
This worked for me too! (Saturday evening in Nor Cal.) Even better, the double packs of kids toothbrushes count! They were priced at $1.99 and my store was already out of all but two of the singles, so I gave it a shot.
I bought two Barbie youth singles and two double kids packs and got the $4 cat.
I tired this tonight… for kids toothbrushes, used $2 off 2 reach coupons that I had printed a while back and got a $4 catalina 🙂 my mom did the same transaction after me and it worked for both of us. we’re in northern California 🙂
