I saw on the local news last night that Raley’s in Northern Nevada will be changing to Food Source. Was wondering if the chain got bought out or just this store? Never heard of Food Source before.

There is a Food Source in NorCal in Rio Linda. I have been there. It is not as nice as a Raley’s. It is more like a FoodMaxx, Food4Less type of store. Some things are cheaper. They are not coupon friendly and don’t take internet coupons.

We had a Raley’s in Elk Grove CA turn into a Food Source. I’ve gotten some great deals from them. I don’t usually go shopping there but for the ocassional deal they’re ok. I have used both regular and printable coupons with no problems so maybe it depends on the individual store. I think Food source is just part of their family of stores.

FoodSource is owned by Raley’s. It’s their discount store.
