Redbox had a glitch with the text alert codes this morning and they have issued a code that anyone can use instead.
If you are not aware of the Redbox text alerts, you can register and once a month they will send you a code for a free rental. The codes are single use only and standard text messaging rates will apply.
Since they had an issue with those alerts, it looks like anyone can use the code:
FEB7MOVIE
Today only for a free rental. This will work once per card. This was released on the Facebook page today and it looks like it isn’t working for some people. I would probably give Redbox a little time to figure out the issue before you head out.
You can also click on the Valentine tab on the Facebook page and it looks like you can send someone a free rental for Valentine’s Day.
