I tried this, but it was only giving me a percent off my collage. So it was not free, but still $3.19. 🙁
Jilene it should be free as long as you select in store pickup. Is there a chance you ordered something other than a 8×10 collage photo? If you click the link in the post it will take you directly to the place to put in your order and it does say very clearly it is free:

Clicked on the link where it said redeem now. Selected and 8×10 collage print, and when I checked out the code in the box said PERCENTOFF. And my price even to pick up in store was $3.19.
Ok I think something is wrong. I clicked the link, made an 8×10 and the code automatically in my cart was: FREE 8X10 COLLAGE PRINT_DEAL. My total was .19.
