This is a weird deal. Apparently there is a coupon printing at Walgreens for $3 off a $15 purchase when you make a purchase and do not use a RR to pay. The coupon is only good through tomorrow, so I don’t know if it was for today only or if they will print all week and expire within 24 hours.
You can use coupons on your purchase, just not a Register Reward. The $3/15 coupon is called the “Stock Up Register Reward” and you can only use one per transaction.
Did anyone get one of these today? I noticed Holiday Candy is priced at $.29 this week, so you can always buy one of those and hopefully get the coupon.
I picked up my free 8×10 collage today and it triggered the coupon. 🙂
I made a purchase today without a RR and did not receive a $3 off . I did however receive a RR from my purchase.
Oh Sarah I think that is the thing. No RR at all involved in anyway in the transaction.
I heard you can buy a votive candle for 0.19 and it will trigger the coupon. I think you still have until tomorrow to get the coupon but they expire the next day.

Weird – I just went in last night (Sunday) to buy the paper, and didn’t get one either. Bummer.
Hmm. The coupon isn’t in the newspaper? It is printing when you shop at Walgreens. Did I say it was in the paper?
Just went to Walgreens tonight to take advantage of this and made three transactions. First, bought a $0.49 piece of candy and it spit out a $3/$15! Second, bought Fusion razor (used $4/1 coupon) and Aquafor, used $3/$15 coupon, got back a $4 RR for Fusion. Third, bought Bounty paper towels (forgot coupon), used $4 RR from Fusion and received a $3/$15 coupon. So moral of the story is that you CAN use a RR to pay for your transaction and you can still get the $3/$15 in return. I was pleasantly surprised!!!
