4 Purex 3in1 at $7.99- Used (4) $3 coupons

CVS #2:

2 Purex at $7.99- used (2) $3/1 coupons
3 gallons milk $2.89 (this is almost 2 weeks worth)
2 Crest Toothbrushes .75 on clearance
Colgate Total bonus pack with toothbrush $1.12 on clearance- used $1/1 coupon
I used a $4/20 coupon and $7.99 ECB. I got a $1 ECB back for the soda.
*This is one way working the drugstores can help with basics. I had that $4/20 coupon and wanted to use it to get stuff we really needed. The other items I would have bought anyway- so the coupon basically got me 50% off on milk.
I also spent $2 on Italian Eggplant at the Farmer’s Market in San Francisco.
So I spent $50.66 this week. We still have lots of meat in the freezer from sales the past several weeks. Also sadly, I decided to cancel the Farm Fresh delivery. We switched to fruit only and the amount of fruit we were getting vs. the cost was just too much. I actually did the math at Raley’s on all organic produce in the same quantities and it was a lot cheaper. Maybe I will start it again because it was really fun to have lovely boxes of fresh stuff right on the doorstep every week!
And my trip to Gap today for the sale! So much fun- I got 2 t-shirts and a long tunic shirt and a pretty sweater for nothing! My total was $52.25 and after the Groupon I paid 0! So I paid $25 for the Groupon originally but the sweater alone was regularly $60 so I am happy. Also, the shirts aren’t just plain t’s they are cocoon t’s- so a little fancier.

Amazing. Still trying to get there! Just wondering–How do you plan your meals? Around what’s on sale or what you want to make? You make such interesting things–not boring like our usual mac & cheese and spaghetti 🙂
Awesome I wish I lived near a GAP I could use some new clothes. I went to CVS last night and I got my son a Ninja costume for Halloween that he cried for. It was on sale for $11.24,plus got the free Brach candy, and the free soda. Also I got the method laundry detergent. After all mt coupons and ECB my net price was $10.99.
