I tested it on the girls shoes prictured above for $19.99- the total was $9.99 after promo code shipped! They have some styles that are even lower- but typically you do need $10 in your cart for the code to work (not $9.99).

Couln’t find where to input the coupon code on their website, so I phoned it in without problem & still shipped to my house free. Bought my son a pair of Arizona lil Jacks for $5.29!

It seems that when they released the coupon codes, the adjusted the prices of the shoes on sale up, some from 11.99 to 19.99. Oh well, instead I bought couple of shirts on sale for my daughter, two for the price of shipping. still great deal!
I went to use the code and it said my item did not qualify, the shoes I am trying to purchase are 12.99. Am I doing something wrong?
Just called Penney’s and found out that the code does not apply to Levi Brand.
