I tried Blockbuster Express today for the first time. I rented a DVD and it came out of the kiosk. I didn’t notice that the case it comes in was BROKEN so the DVD fell out of the case on the way to the car. DVD is now MIA…. I called their customer service and they rudely told me it was my fault and I had to pay to replace it. Yikes!
NOT A FAN of Blockbuster Express. I think I will stick with Redbox and their nice customer service staff:)
