No it is not in the weekly ad. The month long deals are typically featured in one of the ads that can run at anytime during the month- so we might see this sometime in the next 3 weeks. You can confirm it works by looking at the Neutrogena in your store and see if you can spot the little signs that say Buy 3 and get a $10 RR. Often times the stores will not have the signage up or they will only have signage on a few items included in the promotion.
This was tested and it did work- but the work case scenario is that you buy 3 and do not get the RR in which case you just return the items on the spot for a full refund or you go home and call catalina and see if they will mail it to you.

I did this deal today (and my store only had 3 bars in stock)! I also had the $1.50/1 Safeway coupon book Neutrogena coupon, but it does state, “one coupon per product, per customer.” Doesn’t that mean you can only use one per transaction?
Serafina that means you can only use one of those coupons per cleansing bar that you buy. So 3 coupons, 3 bars should be fine.

Yippy, I bought the 3 bars and used 3 of the $1.50 q’s. Went thru perfectly.
Worked great in CO ty! They were $3.19 at my store but the sign was up!
Worked in Oklahoma! They were 2.89 at my store, and there was no sign anywhere for the RR….glad it worked!
It worked in Phoenix! There was no signage anywhere. There were only 2 bars of soap, regular was $2.69, acne-prone was $3.19, so I also purchased a $5.99 astringent (which I needed anyway). My total was $11.87, but still a good deal after the $10 RR.
I felt better after I found boxes of Kellogg’s Corn Flakes on clearance. 🙂 The 24oz box (biggest box of cereal I’ve ever seen!) was on clearance for $1.99 and the 9.5oz boxes were marked down to $.50.
