Here is the Walgreens for Beginners idea for this week.  To be honest this week is really a stinker so you might spend your time at Target instead!

Colgate Total Toothpaste $3.99
Use $1/1 from 3/7 SS
Final Price: $2.99 and you will get a $3.99 Register Reward back!

This is a $1 moneymaker after coupon. Remember you can not use the $3.99 Register Reward to buy another toothpaste or your second Register Reward won’t print.

If you are interested in rolling the Register Reward- I think this is another good deal:

Buy 2 Special K Protein Shakes packs $4.50
Use (2) $1/1 coupons HERE
Use $3.99 Register Reward from the Colgate above
Buy small filler- Scotch mailers are .33 this week with in ad coupon*
Final Price: $3.34 and get a $3 Register Reward back

So your total spent would be $6.33 for Colgate, mailer plus 2 Special K shakes AND you will have $3 in Register Rewards for next time.

*Since you only have 2 items and you have a coupon for each item, if you want to use the Register Reward you need to purchase a small item that serves as a “filler” so your coupon to item ration is the same. Purchase anything you like in the store that you do not have a coupon for. The Scotch mailer is just a suggestion.

I got the 2 special k shakes and then rolled my RR on the 2 Exedrine and mailer , because for some reason they weren’t ringing up BOGO but after coupons the cashier adjusted the price. so I didn’t do as well as I could of. I swear I never get the deal I’m suppose to get at Walgreens, I think I’m gonna stop going there ,I didn’t even attempt the toothpaste deal because it wasn’t even advertised in the store anywhere, would of been nice though.I’ll stick to CVS and Rite Aid
