You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right HERE. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card for Safeway to take advantage of the sale prices! Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!

Did I miss any great deals?  This week I started something new at the request of a few readers.  I have put an asterisk next to the deals that I think are the very best.  Keep in mind it is just my opinion and is worth the price you paid!

there’s a .75/2 coupon for the betty crocker brownie mix on coupons.com making those just .63 for 2 boxes.

Jordan that one is for the Supreme and the regular one is on sale. The Supreme is usually more expensive. I wonder if the ecoupon works? It is for Supreme as well but it might trigger with the regular boxes.

Is the Just For U program still regional, or did it go nationwide? My local ad had information about it, and when you sign up you get a dozen eggs for free. In going through the sign up process, I loaded a few dozen “just for me” prices to my club card, and they showed the comparison price at Walmart, which I thought was interesting.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience with this program?

Hmm. Is that the one they had with free coupons that was for 3 cities I think it was? Fair Oaks and 2 other cities?

Yeah, it must have been a few months ago? I don’t remember where it started out, but I can tell you I am in beautiful South Dakota! I noticed that it said South Dakota residents only, so it must still be a pilot thing. My zip is 57701 if you want to check out the ad on Safeway.com

this week yoplait individual cups are 10 for $5 and if you buy 20 cups you get a catalina for $2.

You can use MFQ 0.50 for 6 cups
    there are few eQ too.

after my math 20 cups comes to $5.5 i thinks its a good price for those? what do you think.

  12. Charlene says

    02/11/2010 at 9:21 PM

.27 is a good price. I usually buy the 4 packs of Fiber Plus or Yo Plus because they are free but the individual yogurt I think is bigger.

The in store Q for Tyson Breaded chicken selection looked good to me too. $3.99 for 25-29 oz. Minus a MFQ equals cheap and quick chicken! I’m bringing several q’s from different inserts b/c I don’t know which chicken selection is on sale.

I wanted to point out an item I don’t remember seeing in the ad but I just happened to catch it on the shelf near the deli. It is Wholly Guacamole. It was B1G1. I had B1G1 coupons, sorry not sure what insert they came from (up to $4.99 value). The regular price is $5.49 so 2 packages for $.50! I got 4!

Also the Tide Stain Pac thingies.. There is a Super Coupon making them $5.99 and then a $3 coupon again unsure of the insert. so $2.99 for an 18ct!

I am lactose intolerant and I don’t care for Soy Milk but I love Almond Milk. Silk has a new almond milk out and has an intro price of $2.79 for a half gallon and right on the door is a blinkie for $.55 off any Silk item. So $2.24 for a half gallon of Almond Milk!

And another thing… I found an ecoupon on coupons.com for $2 off any 2 Right Guard products. Combine this with the printable coupon and its a $2 profit for you.

In total today I spent $29.35 OOP and saved $95.72 a savings of 76.6% I think one of my best trips!

Sorry for my long posts but thought I would mention the extra deals!
