I have problems with the register rewards.When I used manufacturers coupons a lot the time the register reward doesn’t print out.The manager told me that it is because you do not get register rewards back when you use coupons.I just thought this was an excuse he used cause he didn’t feel like figuring out the problem.So I called corporate and they actually confirmed what the manager said.Register rewards are not suppose to print out if you use manufacturers coupons, but sometimes they may print even when they shouldn’t.With the rewards not printing for me most of the time cause I use coupons, Walgreen’s aren’t worth my time.I think I will stick to CVS were you always get the Extra Care Bucks regardless of how many coupons you use.Does anyone know if there is a way around getting register rewards when using coupons?
The other option is to call catalina company directly. I have not done this myself and it is a little extra work but if you really want a deal than you can try that.
Desiree – I have called catalina and it’s SUPER EASY!! You do have to wait on hold but for me it’s only been 2-3 minutes. They ask you to read numbers off your receipt and what RR you were supposed to get and sometimes you have to give them the UPC off the products. I have gotten my catalinas in the mail very promptly as well. About 2 weeks.
ok, the candy bar one didn’t work for me but it made a great stuffer for my rr’s.
