I checked light bulbs at my Target tonight and noticed the GE Energy Smart Light bulbs start at $2.99.

If you got the $2/1 any GE Energy Smart Light Bulb coupon for Target in the 1/10 SS (This is regional)
You can stack it with the $1/1 HERE for any GE Energy Smart product and get it free!

There were also bulbs priced at $3.49-3.99
So use the $2/1 Target coupon
and the $1.50/1 HERE (manufacturer coupon on the Target site)
Final Price: Free-0.49 each!

My store actually had bulbs on clearance for $1.98 so I used the $2 Target coupon and got it free!  (Coupon did not beep for me)

    I did this deal last week at my Target in Central Cali, and it worked perfectly. The cashier did push the second coupon threw becuase it was a penny over put I still got a lot of good light bulbs for free. Great Deal!

    I love your blog by the way, it is great to see someone else saving so much money in cali also!
