There is another great deal to be found at Walgreens this week!!
John Freida Root Awakening is priced at $5.99
Use the $2/1 coupon or the $5/2 HERE
and use the $3 off coupon in the new Walgreens coupon flyer
Final Price: .49-.99!
(Thanks Shannon!)
Apparently the $5 Register Reward is printing when you buy postage. I can’t promise this will work for you but if it does it is a heck of a deal!!
Idea:
Buy 1 John Freida at $5.99
Buy 2 books of stamps at $8.80
Buy Coffeemate at $1.50
Subtotal: $25.09
Use $1/1 Coffeemate coupon
Use $3 Walgreens coupon for John Freida
Use $2/1 printable for John Freida
Pay $19.02 + tax and get $5 Register Reward back
That makes your net $14.02 and is like paying .18 per stamp!!
Remember the Register Reward is only printing today and tomorrow!

On the site where there is the $2 off q, there is also a $5/2 q. If you buy two it takes off double with the Walgreens q so you can get them even cheaper. Unfortunately our store the price was 6.99 each but still a great deal

Rachelle, I double checked online and they are listed at $5.99. Did you scan the JF? I wonder if it rings up lower than marked? Also, I saw that coupon but I haven’t had a chance to update- thank you!

Hi! I added stamps to my Walgreens shopping trip to hit the 25.00 and it worked for me!

$6.49 at my store
Amy says
I got excited about the $5 Q, but the Wags JF Q says “one per purchase”, so I’m guessing it would only take it off of one.

Amy does that extra .50 kill the deal for you ;)- I am not sure. I tried the Nexxus coupon on a clearance item and it didn’t work (then I saw it says no clearance) so I think these coupons are smarter than the Wags coupons we have seen in the past. Usually the Wags coupons will take off the $ for all items with just one coupon but I have a feeling these coupons won’t do that.

I bought 2 John Frieda today and the coupon automatically deducted $6 so we only need to use 1 coupon.
Amy says
Went to Wags tonight and made a killin’! JF was 6.99, but still worked out to be a great deal. BTW….The 2nd Amy on here is different than the first (I’m the 2nd). Maybe I should start using my last initial? Any hoo…..

I just bought 8 of these because I love this product. The gal at the register scanned the Walgreen’s photo copy coupons that are a the front ($3/1) and it deducted the entire $24 all at once. She said she only has to scan the coupon once and it will deduct the correct amount, not scan the coupon 8 times! Woo hoo!

I have a question…
I just bought the JF products. At my Walgreens they were 6.99. I first used the facebook fan 15% off coupon, then I used the manufactueres coupon (buy 2 save $5) then I used the instore Walgreens coupon.
ALSO, If you are going to do this deal, make sure they scan the manufacture coupon FIRST, then the store coupon SECOND! I hate that problem today.
Two things:
1.) I was charged tax on the pre-coupon amount. My sub total was only 1.76, but I was charged 1.96 worth of taxes; for a total of 3.72. is this a normal practice.
2.) I didn’t get a $5RR! In order to use the 15% off facebook fan coupon I had to be rung as an “employee.” I didn’t get a $5RR! Do you know why this is? Does the $5RR only come if your total AFTER coupons is 25?. So bummed, but so glad I got 2 Shampoo’s and 2 Conditioner’s for .94 each!
admin says
There was not a double dip on this offer. It was either get the $5 RR or use the 15% off coupon. That is why I didn’t do a scenario using both. Yes, you are typically charged full taxes on the pre coupon value of your free items. You need to really look at the freebies because that tax can really add up!
Brian says
Thank you so much for the help! But, How do I know if the double dip was available or not!?
