What scenario did you come up with to use this great coupon?

My coupon for Ragu and Skippy in RP reads .60/1 and I have no coupon for Kelloggs in my RP. Am I missing something?
Anon, coupons vary from region to region. I think most areas got the $1/2 coupons. In CA I did not get the extra Kellogg's coupons area but most of the country had a special insert with those.
