This week I am planning to get our medical information organized. My husband’s company just switched to a new plan and I am going to have to find all new doctors for our family. We are all current on doctor and dentist visits but I need to find new ones and confirm they are accepting new patients. I also need to update my daughter’s shot records since this will be the 4th pediatrician she has been to in 19 months!
I would encourage you to sort through your medical information as well- is everyone current on dental visits, well baby appointments, physicals etc? Do you have all your files in order? Do you have any prescriptions you can transfer to utilize the free gift cards many stores promote? We don’t take medication but I have a Rx for prenatal vitamins that I move from store to store.
If you need to visit an optometrist there are coupons for free Accuvue contact lens offers on my side bar. I just went two weeks ago and was able to use all three offers to get 3 sets of contacts!
