Target has select women’s tops on sale for 30% off this week. I can see some of the new items included like this pointelle cardigan but they also have some basics like tshirts and tank tops included at great prices. The basic tshirts are around $5 each and great to stock up on for layering this fall. I just went through my closet and tossed a bunch of tops that had seen better days and now I really need to replace them.
