Recipe: Lemonade Iced Tea

  • 3 qts water
  • 9 tea bags (preferably Luzianne)
  • fresh lemon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can frozen lemonade
  1. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil in a dutch oven.
  2. Remove from heat and add 9 tea bags.
  3. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove tea bags and add 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate.
  5. Add approximately 1 cup sugar (this can be adjusted according to taste.)
  6. Let cool.
  7. Add to a pitcher and refrigerate.
