Brie, Apple and Honey Crostini

Quick and easy brie, honey and apple appetizer
  • 1 apple chopped or sliced thinly, Fuji or Gala
  • Brie
  • pomegranate seeds (about 3 tablespoons)
  • honey for drizzling
  • crostini, crackers or thinly sliced baguette
  • sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lay the crackers or crostini on a parchment covered baking sheet
  3. Top with sliced wedges of brie and bake in oven until brie is melted- about 7 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
  5. Top with chopped or sliced apples and pomegranate seeds.
  6. Finish with a tiny sprinkling of sea salt and serve immediately.
