How to Make Harry Potter's Fizzing Whizbees Candy

Harry Potter candy
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chocolate melts
  • 1 packet Pop Rocks
  1. Melt chocolate chips over a double broiler, stirring occasionally, until nice and creamy.
  2. Quickly spoon or pipe the melted chocolate into a thin layer in your candy mold.
  3. Bang on the counter to ensure chocolate is level and all bubbles are out.
  4. Add a layer of Pop Rocks.
  5. Top with more chocolate so the Pop Rocks are completely covered in chocolate. Don't worry if a few of them pop.
  6. Place tray in fridge to harden for 1-2 hours.
  7. Pop out of the tray and enjoy!
