Total time:
Serves: 7 cups
- 1 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (I used 7 medium size lemons)
- 1½ cup Pomegrante Blueberry Juice
- 1¼ cup Club Soda
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup hot water
- Add ½ cup sugar and ½ cup hot water to a pan and bring to boil.
- Stir for about a minute until the sugar dissolves in the water.
- Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Juice lemons until you have about 1 cup of fresh juice. You might want to strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp.
- Add juice to a large container or pitcher and add 3 cups cold water.
- Next pour in 1½ cups of pomegranate blueberry juice and 1¼ cup club soda.
- Last pour in the simple syrup and stir well.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
- This will store in the fridge for several weeks but I recommend waiting to add the club soda until ready to drink.
