No Churn Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream

Quick and easy no churn strawberry ice cream.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (15 oz)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
Instructions
  1. Chop 2 cups fresh strawberries and set aside.
  2. If using frozen- remove from freezer so they start to thaw.
  3. Once the strawberries have defrosted a bit, place in a food processor to roughly chop. Set aside.
  4. Add your whipping cream to your stand mixer's bowl.
  5. Whisk on medium speed for about 1 minute until the mixture starts to get fluffy, increase the speed to medium high.
  6. Continue to mix until light and fluffy and peaks form. Careful not to overmix or you will have butter.
  7. Add the can of sweetened condensed milk and beat for about 30 seconds just until incorporated.
  8. Add the strawberries and mix just until incorporated.
  9. Pour entire mixture into a loaf pan.
  10. Cover tightly with saran wrap and place in freezer for at least 6 hours.
  11. Enjoy!
