Quick and easy homemade bisquick recipe. Keep it in the pantry for light and fluffy pancakes.
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 3½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1¼ cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 egg
  1. Sift all dry ingredients.
  2. Pour dry ingredients into a bowl and scoop out a small well in the center with a spoon.
  3. Add the wet ingredients one at a time and stir well to incorporate.
  4. Transfer mixture into a large measuring cup and pour out onto a hot griddle or frying pan.
