Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe

- ¼ Cup Vegetable oil or Canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup buttermilk milk (or use regular milk and add 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice)
- 2 cups Flour
- ½ tsp salt
- Filling:
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ cup sugar
- Mix the first 7 ingredients together until well blended. (I do this in my Kitchenaid with the paddle attachment.)
- Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Prepare the filling mix by adding sugar and cinnamon to a small bowl and stir.
- Pour approx. 1 inch of batter in the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle on the sugar mixture.
- Repeat steps 4-5 until everything is used ending with the sugar mixture (basically you are layering batter then sugar mixture ).
- Bake @ 350 for 30-55 min (depending on your oven)
