Two Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Magic Shell (for Ice Cream)

Fast and easy chocolate peanut butter magic shell for ice cream.
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (either semi-sweet or milk chocolate). I prefer Ghiradelli chips.
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  1. Add your chocolate chips to a bowl heat for 25 seconds. Remove and stir.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter and place back in microwave for another 20 seconds.
  3. The chips should be melted by now and you have a rich sauce similar to hot fudge. If not, just pop the mixture back in the microwave for 10 second intervals until melted.
  4. Make sure to stir well between intervals.
  5. Pour on ice cream and after about 60 seconds this will set to a hard shell!
