So yesterday I mentioned the new spring mason jars from Ball and we were discussing the cute lids to make a mason jar a travel mug in the comments.
I wasn’t familiar with them since I live on the West Coast and Mason Jars aren’t as prevalent here as they are in the South.
So reader Kelly mentioned they are Cuppow lids and I thought I’d post them for those of you that want to make your jars travel cups or if you use mason jars for lunches (as I do all the time!)
You can choose from two products-the first are these awesome BNTO lunchbox extenders. I am in love with these- they are little cups that fit inside your Ball jar to hold salad dressing, yogurt, hummus, dip, peanut butter and so on. Are these awesome or what?
I take soup in a mason jar all the time and I always have silly little Tupperwares of croutons to go with it– well tada! Everything in one spot!
We do so many car trips and picnics and park trips and I absolutely hate buying food on the go. It is always expensive, doesn’t taste good and you pack on the calories. I usually pack our food but really there are 8 zillion containers everywhere and it just isn’t convenient for snacking on the go so these are awesome!
These are a little pricey at $8.80 each (price depends on the color you choose) but they are totally reusable and then you probably already have mason jars on hand or pick those up for like a buck.
These are dishwasher safe- top rack. Order them from Amazon here.

And then see the little lid there on top of the jar? Well those are also Cuppow lids. They come in several colors and you can use these to turn jars into travel cups.
I take my mason jars on the road all the time with just a straw and now I will have to get these for safer travels.
These also vary according to the color you choose but prices start at $7.99.
Head over to Amazon to take a look.
