This is such a cute keepsake if you have little ones. It is also really easy and I bet your kids get a kick out of this craft.
You can make little spiders out of their tiny thumbprints.
I did this with my 4 and 6 year old last night for little gift tags. We got a little Halloween gift for the teachers and I just made a quick little tag to tie on.
I didn’t have a black stamp pad but I did have a green one so the girls just took turns dunking a thumb into the stamp pad and stamping onto a gift tag.
Then I used a black ball point pen to draw on 8 legs and the last step was gluing on little google eyes.
I think just a tiny dab of white paint with a black dot for the eyes would work as well.
So we made these for little gift tags but I also have blank notecards that we did a few spiders on. I plan to develop some photos of the girls in costumes for the Grandparents and I will mail them off with the card after Halloween.
So a cute little something to do today with the kiddos or save this one as something to do next year. Here is the final product- I decided to skip the treats and get the teachers a little something for cold and flu season instead. 🙂
