You can see Safeway’s coupon policy right here. Most stores will allow you to stack a manufacturer coupon with the store coupons that can be found in the weekly circulars. You will want to be sure to get a club card to take advantage of the sale prices!
Safeway sale prices tend to vary from region to region so you will always want to double check your local ad! Also, I do not have double coupons in my area so your prices are likely much better than mine!

had $2 Frutare printables and 2.50/3 Ben & Jerry (still available at couponnetwork)
and also had Just4U 10% off ice cream
and the 10% appears to have come off the shelf price, not after $3 off 3 came off
plus, it appears that the promo is actually $1 off each when your buy 3 or more. I thought I might need to buy in groups of 3.
My final total was about $5 for 5 item
Kraft Mayo w/ olive oil is B1G1 Free. It is priced at 5.79 for one so 2.90 each. I think it is a good price for the Olive Oil kind. Regular mayo was also included.
