My Target (Layton, Utah) had Circo toddler tops and bottoms mix & match 4 for $18. With two $4 off 2 coupons it made them $2.50 each!

I did see those too. I think they are always priced at $4-5 per item. Really it is a great deal no matter what. To my personal taste the Cherokee items were a better deal because they are really nice garments. The tops were very cute and embellished and the shorts have pockets and there were some really fun patterns. But for just basic little cotton stretch pants and basic tops the $4 Circo items are for sure a great price.
There was a table of clearance toddler shorts and tshirt at my Target for $3.50 each, coupon worked on them.
