Can you stack a buy one get one free with a $ off 2 items at target?

The policy doesn’t specifically state no on this so it is up to each store to decide. The Target coupon is for Natural Bliss and those are usually more expensive. The Buy One Get One Free coupon excludes Bliss so if those are the two coupons you are looking at, they wouldn’t work.
Even better:) The coupon auto deducts $3.99 for each two you buy, so since the price is $3 for two, there is overage to apply to the rest of your order:) I did this deal today at Target.
